Booking the apartment implies acceptance of these regulations. The booker is personally liable for it, including for the persons accompanying him/her.

PRICES

The agreed price includes: linen, sheets, pool towel, final cleaning, covered parking, use of swimming pools, Wi-Fi, utilitiess. It does not include the security deposit of €500.00 to be paid in advance and which will be returned at the end of the stay by the same means in which it was paid.

RESERVATION and DEPOSIT

You can send a non-binding reservation request through this website.

A confirmation deposit of 25% (art. 1385 c.c.) of the total cost of the stay is required to confirm the reservation in addition to the security deposit. You can send the confirmation deposit and security deposit via bank transfer or PayPal.

The remaining balance must be paid within 48 hours prior to arrival using the same system by which the deposit and security deposit were sent.

The security deposit, will be returned within 7 days after the date of check-out and following verification of the apartment which must be released in the condition and with the equipment (below) with which it is made available at check-in, under penalty of being counted and charged for any damages and/or shortages (except for the request for more charges in excess of the deposit already paid which will be the responsibility of the Property to determine).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the reservation has been confirmed by sending the deposit, if for any reason the reservation should be cancelled, the Property reserves the right to implement the following ways of refunding the deposit:

• up to 60 days before arrival: full 100% refund
• from 59 days before arrival or in case of no-show: no refund

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

For check-in, apartments are delivered on the day of arrival from 4:00 PM. For check-out, they must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and tidying up.

The key delivery service is autonomous via a safe deposit box.

The Property requests in advance copies of the identity documents of all persons housed within the apartment.

No reception service is available.

NOTES

The guest must provide daily tidying up of the apartment and is responsible for its integrity.

Upon check-out, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation in an acceptable condition, especially the cleaning of the kitchen area and dishes.

Extra change of bed linen and towels: 60.00€ for 1 double bed - 80.00€ for 2 double beds

These regulations are effective immediately. Failure to comply with even one of the rules described will result in the withdrawal of the reservation and the removal of guests from the building with loss of the amount already paid.

As provided for by art. 13 of D. Lgs. 196/03, Blulago.Apartments will proceed to the processing of personal data provided by you in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data processing. Pursuant to and for the purposes of this legislation, the processing carried out is based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of the privacy and rights of the guest. The provision of data is optional. If you fail to provide them, the facility will not be able to consider your request for a stay within its structure. Your data is used only for fulfillment of registration and delivery to P.S. authorities as described by the T.U.L.P.S.. Personal data will not be retained for advertising or other purposes unless expressly stated and signed by the guest. The personal data provided by you are collected electronically and also processed with the aid of electronic means. The data controller is Blulago.Apartments.
